A custom home in Madeira Beach Florida, the couple was interested in the styles of the British West Indies or the historic homes of the Key West. They discussed materials like white-washed wood, cypress paneling, Coquina Key Block, architectural salvage, etc. There are wonderful views to the west of which we were required to take advantage with views and outdoor porches. The House has a small energy footprint with the potential for solar and other alternative energy methods.
